Miro Book Finished!!!

"Escape From the Blame Game" 2009

The idea is that we get caught in a web of expectations and roles that cause us to react in certain ways.  We have to stop and become "Re- sponds - able".  Creating enough perspective or objectivity to be able to chose  our own response.  You don't have to stay stuck in something that can never be resolve or lead to love.

Love it! So true about "responsible".
Like the way you have broken that word down.
We can and are able to change!
Great colors too!

Thanks for your kind comments on my blog. I love your Miro book - I used modern art as the inspiration for some of my C&G work but never got round to Miro, but of course his work lends itself perfectly to stitch.

Thank you for your ardent comment! What I mean by "just" is not poverty in general; this would be cynical. But I was thinking of the post-Nazi-time after WWII.
Your Miro stitching is great! Makes me smile!

wow! so glad you made a comment on my blog, i must come back here soon! here is my reply:
No, i did not prepare the playing cards in any way! The lumiere paint you see on the edges stuck by itself no problem, StaZOn inks for stamping are great for surfaces like that and the paers put on eith gel medium or glue were fine too. Try it! : )) and thank you for your comment! lenna
