Mosaic Monday

1. eye, 2. Clarke, Major and Heseltine, 3. Dreaming of a Small World, 4. Dressing the Crow marionette
How do these things relate....well they are my favorites for the week.
They show the hand of the creator...and eye of the master.
I am continuing to think about the marionette that I want to do with my son...so I am planting some images here for that.  Jude at Spirit Cloth  has been talking about eyes and seeing so I have been thinking about new ways of seeing.

Oh my you are good! Love that eye...all the squares filled with stitched beauty! Thanks for the idea in your profile about the paperplates with holes. I will construct some for my grandkids who are just learning at age five to use needle and thread. I can see the creations now using colorful yarn!

Lynn, I wish I could say I did that eye....but I didn't...these are just different artist that I am high lighting from my favorites on flicker. Thank you for your comment about the paper plates. I may have an original one in my heirlooms...I will look for it tomorrow and post it if I find it. That would be a lot of fun.

I have been doing something similar just for myself...So if I don't find the paper plate I will show you a peek at what I am doing with paper and stitches!!
